Data license

You may reuse the statistics we publish, with credit. The tour listings they are based on belong to the operators and booking platforms and are not ours to license.

What you can reuse

The aggregate figures, tables and charts in our guides and the Tour Restrictions Report 2026, such as typical weight limits by activity or the share of tours with extra fees, are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0).

Credit “Tour Limits” with a link to the page you used, for example Source: Tour Limits (tourlimits.com).

What is not covered

Tour titles, descriptions, quoted listing text, prices and other listing content come from GetYourGuide, Viator and the operators. This license does not cover them, and we do not offer them as a download or feed.
